You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems are prohibited.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which appears on your bank statement. Prices are shown in the checkout currency; applicable taxes (including VAT/GST) are calculated at checkout. You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions, as displayed at checkout.
If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically at the stated interval unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current paid term.
Refunds are handled through Paddle under our posted refund policy. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues; initiating a chargeback may delay resolution and could result in service suspension while the dispute is investigated.
All content, branding, and deliverables remain the property of Envision Era or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envision Era and Paddle are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
